Bob Reina Understands People
One trait that is lost on a lot of CEO’s and founders is the ability to understand people. It is not something that people can just learn or gain along the way. They either have the sympathetic gene or they don’t.
Bob has it and he always uses it for good. He knows he plays a very important role in the lives of many people out there with the product and the company. That is not lost on him. He has a great read on people and he has his pulse on what is happening with them. He keeps tabs on these things.
It all starts with research. Bob Reina is always researching things and trying to figure out the best way to make Talk Fusion the very best in voice, data, and chat. They already are, as proven by the happy customers and all of the awards, but he knows that in order to maintain that, they have to keep looking for ways to make things fresh and exciting.
He can’t get comfortable or get too relaxed. It does not mean that Bob Reina and his team can’t enjoy the success because they can and they should. When someone works hard, that is part of the equation.
However, they must maintain the same approach they had when they started. They must stay hungry and they must give back. Those are the principals upon which Talk Fusion was built on back in 2007.
They have not changed, and they do not appear to be changing any time soon with Bob Reina in charge. That is why he is allowing his employees the chance to give out Talk Fusion to a charity of their choosing. He wants Talk Fusion to impact as many folks out there as possible. In fact, the more, the merrier.
He also cares about animals, as he made an amazing donation to the Tampa Bay Humane Society. Bob Reina knows the right thing to do and he always does it, each and every single time he steps into work and gets ready to hunker down on the task at hand.
